The
Maribel Villas are a group of twenty properties, which itself is
part of a new development. Each has its own private pool and garden
area. Beside each villa is a small lawn, whilst to the front is a
rectangular or kidney shaped swimming pool set into a spacious tiled
terrace. Inside an air-conditioned open-plan lounge/diner has patio
doors opening onto a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. An
archway leads from the lounge into the open-plan kitchen and also on
